Does the 15-minute consultation have to be done over Zoom?

No, the consultation does not have to be done over Zoom.  Even though you will be sent a Zoom link in the confirmation email after scheduling, the consultation can be done over the phone if you prefer.  Email MedMatchMadeEasy@gmail.com after scheduling if you would prefer a phone call rather than Zoom.

Can I do the mock interview or have my personal statement edited within 48 hours?

Typically, the earliest mock interviews can be scheduled is 48 hours after purchase of the service.  Edited personal statements will be returned after 7 days.  Expedited service may be possible based on availability.  There is an expedited service fee dependent on how quickly the service is needed.

Yes, expedited services are offered.  More information can be found here.

Will the mock interview be recorded?

Yes, the mock interview will be recorded unless you request otherwise.  You will receive a link to the recorded session.

Can I do more than one mock interview?

Yes, you may do more than one mock interview.  Subsequent interviews will consist of either a new question set or the initial question set based on your preference.   
 

Is it possible to get a refund?

Due to the nature of the services, refunds are available up to 24 hours after purchase for personal statement editing, prior to any edits.  For mock interviews, refunds are available before the interview begins.

Do you edit medical school personal comments essays as well?

Yes, medical school personal comments essay editing is available.  Both the standard and premium tiers may be ordered.  Medical school mock interviews are not offered.
